We found this shop through all the great reviews online when we had sudden battery/alternator issues this morning. We were on our way back home to Canada and needed immediate assistance. We’re so grateful to Carson for taking time out of the shops busy day to get our car diagnosed and fixed. Our vehicle proved to be quite the challenge but everyone was all hands on deck to ensure our vehicle was fixed and safe to get back on the road to get home. Very kind people, professional service & fairly priced! We were so lucky to find this shop

My son is living in Cleveland we are from Indiana. So we did not know where to get a vehicle repaired in Cleveland. The Detroit Ave Clinic had good online reviews so we chose them to do the work. I was very satisfied with the work they did. The Jeep runs fantastic now. They communicated the price & stayed true to the estimated price quote. They had to change out an additional part and didn't even charge another labor fee. I would recommend Detroit Ave Clinic for your auto repairs.

I've taken my car to MULTIPLE places, describing a noise that's been happening for at least a year. It recently became worse and everyone was giving me different answers & some saying it's just a normal thing with my car. I came here and Josh imitated the noise before I even described it so I knew I was in good hands. It was the timing chain btw, the same thing that the Honda dealership specifically told me I never have to replace and the same thing that Mr. Tire told me was in great shape & it's actually my transmission causing the sound. I'm never taking my car anywhere else. He was able to get my car in very last minute and get it done quickly. I truly appreciate them doing that for me. Highly recommend!

Lots of good to say about this shop. The guys were easy to work with, car was fixed quickly, and the price wasn’t bad. I loved that you get a vehicle report with images of what is needed to be done and the importance of the repair. Then you get to choose what you want them to work on by selecting approve / disapprove, you pay your invoice then get your car when it’s ready. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful answering any questions that I had. Would recommend!

They are an actual modern auto shop with their use of digital tools. I dropped the car off and they evaluate and send a link that shows all possible repairs to your phone with pictures and pricing. I was able to send the link to family that know repair prices better than me and was validated on pricing being reasonable, especially given inflation over the last 5 years. And then I could also pay through phone. It made the entire process super simple and easy. I also ignored my car maintenance for 4 years and they only said a single $150 repair was a must-repair and that all other suggestions didn't have to be done. So I think they are a very honest shop.
